Abstract

In IPAS lessons, some students still do not understand the material, are less active in learning, and have low learning outcomes. The aim of the research is to find out the impact of the Cooperative Learning Method of the TGT (Teams Games Tournaments) on the learning outcome of the IPAS. This research is a quantitative experimental Quasi study in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The data collection technique uses a double-choice test that is distributed before and after treatment. With this can show there is an influence of cooperative learning method type TGT on the learning outcomes of IPAS Class IV SD. This learning method is good to improve the activity and understanding of students, because this method has a game in it with the form of academic tournaments. The results of the analysis of the hypothesis test have been carried out with the help of the test-t using SPSS 29 for windows with the degree of significance in the test of the hypothetics is 0.05. The calculation of the data obtained shows that the value sig = 0.001 < 0.05 with such results can be interpreted that H0 rejected and H1 accepted. These results can prove the influence of the Teams Games Tournament Cooperative Learning Method on IPAS learning outcomes.
