This type of research is quantitative, utilizing data collection techniques that include a pre-test and a post-test. The results of this study indicate that the project-based learning model is considered less effective in its application. This is assessed based on the N-Gain test results of 48.3980, or at an N-Gain percent of 48%, with an interpretive comparison of around 40 ≤ g ≤ 55. So, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the project-based learning model on mathematics learning outcomes in class VII is less effective.
Maharani Aihunan, Suhartini Sumadi, Mukhlas Triono Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Inovasi Pendidikan Matematika (JIPM) https://ebook.umpwr.ac.id/jipm/article/view/5809 Wed, 08 Oct 2025 09:37:27 +0700 Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament Berbantuan Media Tiktok dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa https://ebook.umpwr.ac.id/jipm/article/view/6282
Low mathematics learning outcomes are often caused by a lack of student activity and monotonous learning. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Teams Games Tournament learning model assisted by TikTok media on student learning outcomes. This research uses a quasi-experimental method. The population in this study were all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 17 Malang, with a research sample using a cluster random sampling technique totaling 62 people. Data was obtained through a description test consisting of 5 questions whose validity and reliability were tested. In the analysis prerequisite tests use the normality test and homogeneity test. The hypothesis testing method used is the independent sample t test with a significance level of 0.05. The research results show that student learning outcomes after being given treatment are higher than before being given treatment using the Teams Games Tournament learning model assisted by TikTok media, because the significance results obtained are 0.00 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected. Thus, the Teams Games Tournament learning model assisted by TikTok media is effective in improving student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 17 Malang.
Navida Fatkhurrohmah Barasanti, Wikan Budi Utami, Yuniar Ika Putri Pranyata Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Inovasi Pendidikan Matematika (JIPM) https://ebook.umpwr.ac.id/jipm/article/view/6282 Wed, 08 Oct 2025 10:04:37 +0700 Analisis Pemanfaatan Media Wordwall Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Matematika Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Cerdas Bangsa https://ebook.umpwr.ac.id/jipm/article/view/6634
The use of interactive digital learning media such as Wordwall offers an innovative approach to improving the quality of mathematics instruction at the junior high school level. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Wordwall in enhancing students’ conceptual understanding of mathematics at SMPN Cerdas Bangsa. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that Wordwall increases student motivation, active participation, and conceptual comprehension, particularly during the reinforcement phase. Teachers perceive the platform as flexible and adaptable to students' abilities, while students report a more engaging and interactive learning experience. However, its effectiveness diminishes when used before students have grasped the foundational concepts, and challenges such as limited internet access and teachers’ technological readiness remain. This study underscores the importance of targeted integration of digital media and the need for differentiated instruction to address students’ diverse learning needs. It contributes to the development of more contextual, adaptive, and meaningful mathematics learning strategies in the digital era.
Maria Stefania, Nurul Umaya, Vinsensius Herianto Ndori Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Inovasi Pendidikan Matematika (JIPM) https://ebook.umpwr.ac.id/jipm/article/view/6634 Tue, 14 Oct 2025 00:35:23 +0700 Analisis Bibliometrik: Tren Penelitian Pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) Pada Pembelajaran Matematika di Indonesia https://ebook.umpwr.ac.id/jipm/article/view/6670
The increasing research on the culturally responsive teaching (CRT) approach shows that this approach can improve students' abilities and student participation in learning, so that a more in-depth analysis of the results of these studies is needed. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the trend of research results on the culturally responsive teaching (CRT) approach to mathematics learning in Indonesia and visualize them. This research method uses eval__uative and descriptive bibliometric analysis. The sample used in this study came from a database of dimensions of 84 published articles that had gone through several stages of data collection. The results showed that the highest number of publications in 2024 was 54 published articles. The top-ranked bibliographic pair of institutions or universities was Padang State University, with a total link strength of 10. The journal bibliographic pair with the largest number of documents was the SHES journal, which had nine published articles. The document bibliographic pair with the most citations was Taher in 2023, with 80 times. The influential bibliographic author in this study was Atmojo, Idam Ragil Widianto. The focus of the research is divided into three, namely the CRT approach, mathematics learning, and students. New themes in this study, namely elementary schools, mathematics learning, learning, teachers, implementation, private and public secondary schools, the DAP approach, Gen Z, STEAM learning, and students' mathematical abilities. These themes can be used for further research because they are still rare in this research topic.
Sudrajat Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Inovasi Pendidikan Matematika (JIPM) https://ebook.umpwr.ac.id/jipm/article/view/6670 Wed, 22 Oct 2025 00:53:04 +0700
