Melalui tinjauan kritis terhadap studi-studi yang relevan, studi ini mengidentifikasi humble leadership, psychological safety, dan motivation sebagai penentu penting dalam memprediksi tingkat kreativitas pekerja. Lebih jauh, studi ini mengkritisi pendekatan metodologis dalam literatur, dengan menyoroti keterbatasan seperti bias seleksi dan representasi sampel yang terbatas karena metode pengambilan sampel non-acak standar. Pendekatan metode campuran, yang menggabungkan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif, direkomendasikan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang daya kreativitas dan dukungan organisasi. Perluasan teknik pengambilan sampel untuk menggabungkan metode acak atau berstrata disarankan untuk meningkatkan generalisasi temuan. Pendekatan ini juga akan memungkinkan wawasan yang lebih kaya tentang bagaimana faktor individu, pengalaman kerja, dan motivasi memengaruhi employees creativity. NJA Truss Maju Perkasa Lampung Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di CV. NJA Truss Maju Perkasa Lampung Timur yang berjumlah 50 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh/sensus. Prosedur analisis data yang digunakan untuk analisis statistik antara lain uji t, uji F, koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji regresi linier berganda. The data in this study is the primary data in the results form of in-depth interviews and observations. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach that aims to systematically describe the facts or characteristics of certain populations or fields factually and carefully. The secondary data in this research are from literature sources and other references, such as articles, journals, or relevant documentation. This research proves that Creative Technopreneurship is compatible with growing the entrepreneurial spirit.</em> <em>This research still has limitations, namely qualitative analysis tools that require sharpness and foresight from researchers. The research time is only two months, it does not rule out the possibility of leaving many shortcomings as well. The research method used a database from Google Scholar from 2020-2024. After filtering, there were 174 articles that matched the keywords processed using Publish or Perish and VOSviewer. Some of the articles discuss how important financial literacy is for managing finances in the future.The results of this study show that there are four groups of articles. These articles explain the relationship between financial attitudes and behavior. They also reflect the integration of financial knowledge and technology. Some articles emphasize strategies for proper financial management. Others emphasize effective financial behavior in realizing maximum financial performance. Finally, some emphasize that effective creative workers are key elements in realizing good financial literacy. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data obtained from observations and documented records sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data spans a time frame from 2020 to 2023 and involves a sample of 21 companies, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis, facilitated by AMOS 26 software.</p> <p>The findings of this research indicate that revenue growth exerts a positive but statistically insignificant impact on both capital structure and stock prices. Profitability, on the other hand, demonstrates a negative yet statistically significant influence on capital structure while showing a positive and substantial effect on stock prices. Capital structure, however, exhibits a negative but statistically insignificant effect on stock prices. This study involved a population of 150 people, where sampling was carried out using the saturated sample method. However, of the total 150 questionnaires distributed to the population, only 109 questionnaires were returned completely and validly by the respondents. A total of 41 members of the population did not respond due to several reasons, such as busyness, or unwillingness to participate. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with the type of research data used in this researcher is primary then the data is analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is processed with SmartPLS 3.0.
