The higher the nutrient feed, make the quality of the milk better. Medowo Village is one of the centers for dairy farming in Kediri that were fed with odot grass and A18aconcentrate. This research is adescriptive observational study which aims to describe the profile of milk quality iSn terms of fat rate and density in Friesien Holstein crossbreed cow's milk that were fed with odot grass and A18 concentrate. The sample was collected using purposive sampling technique and then the total of minimum sample are calculated using the systemic sampling formula with 20 dairycows’s sample. The collected data of milk quality are analyzed using descriptive and correlation in the Pearson test to determine the strength of relation between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results showed that the average fat rate of Friesien Holstein Crossbreed cow's milk in KUD Kertajaya was 4.8% (equal to 0.192) with an average density of 1.0246 g/ml (equal to 0.001). One of the steps to spur the growth of the cattle population is the eval_uation of the performance of Artificial Insemination (IB) in the Special Efforts for Pregnant Breeders (UPSUS SIWAB) in Purworejo Regency based on the Conception Rate and Service Per Conception and what factors affect the success of Insemination. The research method used was field research (field research in the form of case studies), data collection was carried out through the ISIKHNAS application. The basis in this study is acceptor data, IB reports, PKb reports and reports of cattle births in Purworejo Regency in 2018, 2019 and 2020. (2) Knowing the criteria and quality standards of dragon fruit cultivated by UD Sabila Farm. (3) Knowing the efforts made by UD Sabila Farm in preventing and correcting the discrepancy in the quality of dragon fruit products. The research design was carried out using a descriptive method. The research location was carried out at UD Sabila Farm which is located in Pakembinangun, Pakem, Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region. Implementation method using descriptive method. The results showed that the quality control process for dragon fruit was the selection of cultivation sites, climbing poles, intensive care, pest control, harvesting, sorting, packaging, and marketing. The quality criteria and standards applied in the harvesting of Sabila Putih and Red Sabila dragon fruit include the overall level of maturity, meeting the specified grade with a selling price of super grade Rp. 30,000/kg, grade A Rp. 25,000/kd, and grade B Rp. 20,000/kg. Pakuwon district, Parungkuda district, Sukabumi. Along with the increasing growth in coffee consumption, it is necessary to know the prospects of Pakuwon coffee as coffee that is not widely known by the general public. Based on this, this research is directed to determine the prospects for Pakuwon coffee. Based on the level of explanation, this research is a descriptive study, while based on the analysis and type of data, it is a combined qualitative and quantitative research. The results of the analysis show that Pakuwon coffee has good prospects, this can be seen from the price, product, market share, market segmentation and competitors. Pakuwon coffee has a fairly good quality based on the results of the specialty coffee association standard sensory test. The research used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications. The data obtained were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test, and if there were differences then the Duncan New Range Test (DMRT) was continued. Organoleptic tests were carried out using 50 slightly trained panelists. Organoleptic tests consist of hendonic quality and preferences (hedonics). Hedonic quality consists of the quality of color, taste, aroma, texture. The parameters of the research were total acid and organoleptics properties. The results showed that the addition of cempedak fruit had a significant effect (P<0.05) on total acid and organoleptic properties. Developing a livestock business was by studying the performance of goats. The aim of the research was to determine the performance of Kacang Goats, body weight and body size index of Kacang Goats. The research material was Kacang goats. The research variables were horn length, ear length, chest circumference, chest width, shoulder height, chest circumference, body length, tail length, leg height, body weight and body size index (IUT). The results showed that the horn length was 9 ± 1.35 cm (females), 6.25 ± 1.60 cm (males). Ear length 22.75 ± 0.85 (females), 21.00 ± 1.29 (males). Chest circumference 71.25 ± 2.72 cm (females) and 68.75 ± 1.97 cm (males). Chest width 19.5 ± 2.59 cm (females), 16.00 ± 1.08 cm (males). Tail length 22.75 ± 0.85 cm (females) 21.00 ± 1.29 cm (males). Leg length (females) 51 ± 3.18 cm, 46.25 ± 1.65 cm (males). The body weight of female livestock was 35.73 ± 3.16 kg, while for male livestock it was 30.04 ± 1.64 kg. The body size index for female goats was 0.99 ± 0.05 and for female males was 0.93 ± 0.04. The conclusion that the performance of female Kacang goats was greater than the performance of female Kacang goats includes: horn length, ear length, chest circumference, chest width, body length, tail length and leg length. This research aimed to determine the additional levels of Vitamin E as an antioxidant against the rancidity of copra meal. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with the treatment of vitamin E levels with different percentages, namely treatment (0; 0.05; 0.1; 0.15; 0.2 g) and 5 replications. The parameters include air content, amount of peroxide and free fatty acid content. Data were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test. If there were differences, the Duncan New Range Test (DMRT) was carried out. The results showed that adding Vitamin E levels to the rancidity of copra meal had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the water content, peroxide value and free fatty acid levels. The air content value of 8.92-9.36 has no real effect. The peroxide value of 1.36-5.26 has no significant effect. The free fatty acid value of 0.36-0.56 has no significant effect. Artificial insemination is one of the work programs implemented in SIKOMANDAN. This study aims to determine the profile and role of inseminators and cattle farmers in the success of artificial insemination in the SIKOMANDAN program in Jogoresan Village. The population of this study was 142 cattle farmers. The research sample amounted to 60 farmers and 2 inseminators. Sampling used the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. Data collection instruments used questionnaires and Likert scales. Data analysis was descriptive and used SPSS Version 20 correlation test. The results of data analysis showed that inseminator factors in the form of work experience, distance traveled, thoroughness of procedures, and sanitation had a high role with a score of 4.3 and had a significant correlation (P < 0.05). Breeder factors in the form of knowledge of signs of lambing, IB time, and lambing cycle also have a high role with a Likert scale score of 4.0 and a significant correlation (P < 0.05).</em></p>2023-06-15T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2023
